2019 goal: be kinder to yourself and practice self love. Only then can self confidence begin to flourish. It seems like a super basic concept, but I know it’s much easier said than done.
For me, that means being kinder to myself when I don’t get to everything on my to-do list, changing my inner voice to be positive and encouraging (she’s been a bitchy bully for years), take a pause when my social anxiety is creeping in, and learning to let things go (not always easy for my type A mind).
